Good luck. I have been taking alprazolam since 1994 & I haven't gained or lost any weight from using it. 23 Jan 2013. It sounds to me like you need to see an endoctrinologist about your imbalances, & get that on the right track.

I honestly believe if you get the anxiety and stress under control you will be able to manage the weight issues.
