I am currently on 2mg.BID, but have had an increase in anxiety and panic attacks last few days.

Maintenance dose: An increase to the target dose for most patients of 1 mg/day may be made after 3 days.

Maximum Dose: 4 mg/day.

I did call the pharmacy this week to double check and they said that is what they have in the computer form the doctor, but now the problem is the doctor is on vacation for 2 weeks so I am on hold.
