In general, the longer you take Valium, the harsher and longer the withdrawal symptoms will last. Those who stop/reduce use of Valium can.

I take 1 to 2 mg of valium a day, will this low dose make it easier for me to withdraw from as I have been on this dose for over 2 years and am not sure if I still need to be on it. I’d rather not be on it but do feel the dependency for it. thank you. Michael.
