A specific treatment to reverse the effects of venlaine does not exist.

People with bipolar disorder who take antidepressants may be at risk for "switching" from depression into mania. Depression is also a part of bipolar illness. Symptoms of mania include "high" or irritable mood, very high self esteem, decreased need for sleep, pressure to keep talking, racing thoughts, being easily distracted, frequently involved in activities with a large risk for bad consequences (for example, excessive buying sprees).

Although rare, there is an increased risk of serotonin syndrome when venlaine is used with other medications that increase serotonin, such as other antidepressants, migraine medications called triptans (e.g., Imitrex), some pain medications (e.g., tramadol (Ultram), and the antibiotic linezolid (Zyvox).

You should not stop using venlaine suddenly. Follow your doctor's instructions about tapering your dose.

If it was for the grace of God waking me up. Though if that the case well I almost lost all my memories of that the day of taking this medication. Started and stop this medication the day after I used it. I see now the my metoprolol might have interacted with this. My eye were Dilated for about 20mn.

Do not give this medication to anyone under 18 years old without the advice of a doctor.
