Let's be upfront: I take Stilnox and I have no regrets. The doctor had said the tablet wouldn't make me drowsy straightaway but when I did.

And I made sure I wore pyjamas in case I went sleepwalking outside.

And the side effects are pretty serious, so much so that the Therapeutic Goods Administration put a tougher warning on the box in 2008 after being bombarded with complaints of bizarre behaviour.

Nothing worked. until my doctor recommended Stilnox about a year ago.

If popping a pill helps someone get a proper rest before competition, they could arguably also be considered performance enhancing.
